Fiber Color Sorting
一、Standard Fiber Optic Cable Color Sequence
Common fiber optic cables have 4, 12, 48, 96, and 144 cores.
Let's look at the color sequence.
Generally, we see 12 colors of fiber optic cables: blue, orange, green, brown, gray, white, red, black, yellow, purple, pink, and cyan.
1. 4-core cable sequence: Blue, orange, green, brown.
2. 12-core cable sequence: Blue, orange, green, brown, gray, white, red, black, yellow, purple, pink, cyan.
3. 24-core cable sequence: Blue, orange, green, brown, gray, white, red, black, yellow, purple, pink, cyan. (Blue, orange, green, brown, gray, white, red, black, yellow, purple, pink, cyan)
4. 48-core optical cable consists of four bundles, each bundle containing 12 optical fibers, which are blue, orange, green, brown, gray, white, red, black, yellow, purple, pink, and cyan.
二、96-core sorting: There are generally two sorting methods for 96-core coils:
One is 12 tubes, 8 cores per tube: the colors are blue, orange, green, brown, gray, white, red, black;
The second is 8 tubes, 12 cores per tube: the sorting method is blue, orange, green, brown, gray, white, red, black, yellow, purple, pink, cyan.
三、144-core sorting:
144-core generally consists of 12 bundles of tubes.
Each bundle of tubes is sorted according to the colors of blue, orange, green, brown, gray, white, red, black, yellow, purple, pink, and cyan.
